Louis Vuitton and DVS have resolved the matter between them regarding the alleged infringement of Louis Vuitton’s registered trademarks and copyrights for sandals, slip-on shoes, athletic shoes, t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps and graphic kits. DVS has acknowledged Louis Vuitton’s intellectual property rights and has agreed to discontinue all manufacture, exportation, importation, distribution, advertising and marketing of said products.
